We took 33 seater bus for 3 days trip to Shimoga-sakrebylu-and a home stay nearby. Pros: 1. The Bus was clean and driver was professional. ( I stressed on cleanliness of bus right from day of booking and it was assured). 2. Mahantesh ( Tejas Travels ) was co-operative right from day1 of booking the bus and answered patiently all the queries we had. 3. We got bus from a Tejas partner travels as 33 seater was not available that time with Tejas Travels, and the whole experience was good. At the end of the trip i settled the amount to driver but forget to reduce the advance amount which i had paid before the trip. Later i informed mahantesh about the advance amount and he kindly worked with partner travels and made sure that amount got refunded to my account. Cons: 1. We couldn't keep track of the Toll amount as Fast tag messages are sent to Bus owner and not to driver mobile.Due to which we had to pay whatever Driver said as a total toll amount.
