•     Monsoon closures — if the district administration closes viewing access at Jog Falls or restricts a ghat road because of heavy rain or landslide, and you cancel on that basis before departure, we treat it as force majeure with a 100 percent refund within 2 working days.

•     Weddings — minimum 7-day notice for a full refund. Cancellations within 3 days of the wedding date are non-refundable.

•     Peak dates — the Jog Falls season, Dasara, Diwali, New Year and Bangalore long weekends require a minimum 48-hour notice for a full refund. Less than 24 hours is non-refundable.
